The MOSIAC project is our first overseas property investment which we got it through Empire Property Investors through a friend’s recommendation. Naturally, in the beginning, we had lots of anxieties & concerns since we were not familiar with the Australian property market at all. Eric Trieu & his team have been very professional, informative & patient in addressing our numerous concerns promptly. Armed with a better insight into the Australian market, especially in Brisbane, we took the bold move to make the purchase decision eventually.
In fact, Eric has gone beyond just selling property to us. When we visited Brisbane in August 2010 to see the MOSAIC project, Eric not only showed us around Brisbane to have a ‘feel’ of the property landscape & the potential, he also shared with us his wisdom of wealth generation.
We are confident it is a right choice, knowing that our investment is in the right hand. Last but not least, we have not looked back since, & we certainly look forward to making our next property purchase through Empire Property in the near future…..

After reading about how other investors were profiting nicely from opportunities interstate, Mia sat down with me to determine how I too can gain from the Australian property phenomenon.

Kirk, I thought I’d give you some feedback with regard to the seminar you invited me to the other day. I found the session very informative, but more so your ability to thoroughly answer some questions I had after the seminar had concluded. You clearly understood the benefits of purchasing in the property project in Melbourne, of which you were able to relay to me, and also demonstrated a solid knowledge of the area surrounding the development.
As I deal with real estate agents on a day to day basis, and see first hand some of the poor service some agents provide, I can safely say I can see a bright future for you in the real estate industry, as your service to me, has been far better than some agents that have been in the game for many years.

ABOUT GENNY LIANG
I have known Genny for 6 months and during this time she has helped me buy a property in Melbourne for investment reasons.
