Ilvana was determined to use property as a vehicle to become financially independent after seeing her parents miss out on an investment opportunity that would have set them up for life.

After originally joining Empire Property Investors Brisbane office, Ilvana has since set up the Adelaide branch, employing 10 staff to work as part of her team. Indeed, she is the youngest branch manager to do so.

With a keen business sense and determination to achieve both her own and her client’s goals and dreams, Ilvana is a passionate property investor and valuable member of the Empire Property Investors family.

 Five years ago, Sang started with nothing and drove a 1988 $500 Hyundai car.

In 2002 graduated at Melbourne University in Bachelor of Computer Science. He the joined the property investment industry and was very passionate in the industry. He learnt the secret of property investment "The Secret To Build A Multi Million Property Portfolio...Starting From Scratch...And Live The Lifestyle Of Your Dreams". Today he became a property multi-millionaire and drive a beautiful BMW.

Sang have now became an investor, an educator, a seminar presenter, a leader to a branch manager. He coaches his clients how to build wealth by using property investment as a vehicle. Some of the student's he coached have built a multi-million dollar property portfolio.
