Jack brings a wealth of property investment and development experience to his role as Director of Empire Property Investors. At the age of 19, Jack was running his family’s business, which involved managing 30 staff. This experience provided the platform for his successful business career today.

Jack started in the property industry as a sales consultant and has steadily developed his expertise in the areas of property investment, development and finance over the years.

Crucially, he was able to anticipate the huge potential in developing house and land packages in Western Melbourne. This insight resulted in multi-million dollar profits for one of his former employers and saw him promoted to NSW Director.

After witnessing his family struggle to survive financially in Vietnam, Eric vowed to pursue wealth creation and financial independence. He invested in his first property at age 18 and now has a multi-million dollar portfolio.

Eric became one of the youngest fully licensed real estate agents in Victoria at age 20, and ran his own First National branch at 21. He sold this business in 2001 and joined a property investment advisory company where he truly started on his path to financial freedom.

Eric has been instrumental in growing and expanding Empire Property Investors in the Brisbane and Adelaide markets, and frequently holds investment workshops and seminars.

Furthermore, Eric has been a keynote speaker at the Brisbane Property & Investment Expo 2007 and Melbourne Property Expo 2008, and has featured in “Your Investment Property” magazine.

With a proven managerial record and a passion for property, Norma has played a central role in establishing Empire Property Investors as a leading property investment firm.

With an impressive background in the real estate industry, Norma has cultivated her expertise in maximising capital growth and re-sale value for her clients. Her outstanding achievements were ultimately recognised when she was appointed Managing Director for a group of companies.

Norma has been instrumental in launching and overseeing Empire Property Investors Australia-wide branches. Her primary responsibilities now lie in project acquisition for the company, an area in which her experience, skill and drive are fully harnessed.
